Eight ways we
finish a house.

Premium residential exteriors in Kelowna and the Okanagan. Cement stucco, acrylic finishes, stone veneer, siding and repair, handled by one crew that stays on the job until it is done.

01

Three-Coat Stucco

Full cement stucco systems over wire lath, scratch, brown and finish coat. This is the system we build our reputation on.

What’s included

  • Weather-resistive barrier and flashing review before lath
  • Galvanized wire lath, corner bead and control joints
  • Scratch and brown coats, floated straight and true
  • Finish coat in the texture and colour you pick

Why it matters

Three coats over lath gives you real thickness and real strength. It handles Okanagan heat, freeze and thaw, and it stays put. We do not offer two-coat systems or foam-backed assemblies.

02

Acrylic Finishes & Textures

Colour-through acrylic finishes with tight, modern textures applied over properly cured base coats.

What’s included

  • Base coat prep, primer and colour selection
  • Fine, medium and smooth trowel textures
  • Consistent batching so panels match across an elevation
  • Crisp terminations at trim, soffit and window returns

Why it matters

Acrylic finishes hold colour longer than paint and flex with the wall instead of cracking off it. We stick to current textures and skip dated sand-float finishes.

03

Stone & Masonry Veneer

Adhered stone and masonry veneer on columns, bases, chimneys and feature walls, set into a properly drained assembly.

What’s included

  • Lath, scratch coat and drainage detailing behind the stone
  • Layout and blending so the pattern reads naturally
  • Cut, fit and pointing at corners and openings
  • Grout or dry-stack joints, cleaned down at the end

Why it matters

Veneer looks simple and fails fast when the water path behind it is ignored. We build the assembly first, then set the stone.

04

Parging & Foundation Finishes

Clean, even parge coats on exposed foundation walls, curbs and retaining faces.

What’s included

  • Surface prep, cleaning and bonding agent
  • Even parge coat with a straight top line
  • Damp curing so it bonds instead of dusting off
  • Optional finish coat to match the wall above

Why it matters

A tidy parge line is one of the first things people notice at the base of a house. It also protects the concrete face from spalling.

05

Fiber-Cement & Panel Siding

Fiber-cement board, panel and engineered wood siding, installed with tight reveals and clean transitions into stucco.

What’s included

  • Rainscreen strapping where the assembly calls for it
  • Board, panel and vertical layouts with planned reveals
  • Flashing at heads, sills and horizontal joints
  • Fastening and gapping to the manufacturer schedule

Why it matters

Mixed exteriors live or die at the joints. We plan the transitions before the first board goes up. We do not install vinyl siding.

06

Soffit, Fascia & Trim Detailing

The metal and trim work that frames the finish, eaves, fascia, window returns and reveals.

What’s included

  • Soffit and fascia installation and repair
  • Head, sill and kick-out flashing
  • Window and door return details
  • Reveals, bands and shadow lines

Why it matters

Trim is where water gets in and where the eye lands. Getting it right is most of what makes an exterior look finished.

07

Stucco Repair & Restoration

Crack repair, patching, texture and colour matching, and re-finishing on older homes.

What’s included

  • Sounding the wall to find what is loose or hollow
  • Cutting back to solid material and re-lathing where needed
  • Texture and colour matching into the existing finish
  • Re-finishing whole elevations when a patch will not blend

Why it matters

Most cracks are a symptom, so we look at flashing and movement before we fill anything. Sometimes the honest answer is refinishing the whole wall, and we will say so.

08

New Construction Envelope Prep

Working with builders from framing through finish so the exterior is sequenced properly.

What’s included

  • Weather barrier, tape and flashing review
  • Lath, joints and accessory layout
  • Coordination with window, roofing and metal trades
  • Scheduling around weather and curing windows

Why it matters

On a new build the finish is the last 10 percent. What happens behind it decides how the wall performs for the next 30 years.
