Our Work

A few walls
we’re proud of.

An editorial look at recent exterior projects across Kelowna and the Okanagan, homes, facades, repairs, and the craft that holds them together.

Modern build, Kelowna

Three-coat stucco in a deep neutral, paired with dark cladding and crisp metal trim. The whole envelope was detailed in one continuous sequence so transitions stayed weather-tight.

Stucco, mixed-material facade, full trim package. Walked, quoted and finished by the same crew.

Mixed-material facade

Stucco, fiber-cement panels and dark trim, working together on a single elevation. The hard part is the joints, every transition flashed and back-primed before the finish coats went on.

Lakeside re-skin

An older home re-skinned in modern stucco with a breathable elastomeric coating tuned for sun-baked southern exposure.

The work behind the walls

Most of a good exterior is invisible by the time it's done. Prep, lath, scratch coats, primers, repair, all hidden under the finish.

The hour after handover

The picture we always take last, the lights come on, the scaffold is gone, the wall does the talking.
