One of the hardest-access sites our crew has worked, finished safely and on schedule without cutting corners.
The job
Access on this one was about as bad as it gets. Getting crew, material and staging to the wall took planning before anyone picked up a trowel, and every stage had to be thought through in advance instead of figured out on the day.
Our crew worked through it. Nobody got hurt, the schedule held, and the finish is the same standard we would hand over on an easy flat lot.
If a contractor has told you your place is too difficult to work on, this is the kind of job we take.
Scope
- Access planning and staging on a severely constrained site
